Includes various search criteria to locate errors.

Allows to select the limit of available records shown on the form. Available limits: 1000, 2000, 5000.

Clear
Clears any selected criteria - resets the form to its original state.

Failure Code
Search criteria to locate errors by the failure code.

Account
Search criteria to locate errors by associated account.

Date
Search criteria to locate errors occurred within a certain date and time range.
Either beginning or end date is necessary.

Transaction Id/Code
Search criteria to locate errors by the code or ID of the associated transaction.

Event ID
Search criteria to locate errors by the event ID.

Error Log List
Includes errors found based on the search criteria specified.

Identifier of the error within the system.

Date/Time
Date when the error occurred.

Account
Identifier of the account that the error is associated with. ID, code or a name of the account can be selected.

Failure
Gateway system error code and message that gives additional information about the error.

View Error
Allows to view the detailed information about the error in the processed transaction.
